Corrections are welcome and credited. If our guide says a cleaning method works and your switch did not recover, that is data; the guides get updated when reality disagrees with them.

No support is offered for specific games, macro software or driver disputes beyond what the guides cover - but if a test on this site is wrong, that is our bug and we want it.

Before writing: many "the tester is broken" reports turn out to be the browser refusing a permission, a laptop touchpad doing gesture synthesis, or a keyboard layout remap - running the same test in a second browser answers most of these in a minute. If two browsers disagree, that is exactly the report we want, with both browser names and versions.

Response time: this is a small site, not a ticket queue - most mail gets a reply within a few days, and fixes ship when they are right rather than immediately. Reports that include steps to reproduce jump the queue; screenshots of flagged doubles, dropped keys or impossible DPI values are worth a thousand descriptions.
